We live in very stressful times. Wanting to be ready for anything life throws at us, we have come to expect nonstop work and anxiety. We often feel as if we're running on a treadmill, unable to catch our breath. This retreat's goal is to see the arc of our life and to re-encounter the values that have helped us during our life transitions: to recognize what lessons we have learned for survive and thriving,. It is a chance to reconnect with ourselves, with each other, and also with the healer that is Nature. Our work draws from the wisdom of the Jewish people to enrich our lives and stay closer to our purpose to enrich our lives and stay closer to our purpose. During the retreat there will be some silence, moments of meditation, time spent praying and chanting, movement and interacting with the community, and self-reflection. The retreat with be led by Rabbi Marcelo Bronstein, Karina Zilberman and Sol Gonzalez. We will be in the care of hostess Adelaida Nieto and La Montaña Azul's service-oriented staff.
