Getting Unstuck- Even In Success

We Dissolve Workplace Tension With Play, Art, and Mindful Connection, So Teams Thrive, Not Just Survive.

What if your team's greatest obstacle is its own success?

High-performing teams get stuck too. Just in ways that are harder to name the unspoken tensions, the meetings that go nowhere, the sense that something essential is missing even when the numbers look good.

Getting Unstuck — Even in Success is a facilitation experience that creates the conditions for something different: genuine presence, honest dialogue, and the kind of creative energy that makes collaboration feel alive again.

Through play, the arts, and mindful awareness; not as warm-up exercises, but as the work itself.

HOW IT WORKS

Every engagement follows a simple arc , but nothing about it is formulaic.

1. We Listen First.
We take an honest look at where your team actually is; not where it appears to be. We map what remains unspoken, and where the real energy wants to go.

2. We Create The Experience.
A facilitated session: from two hours to two days , through play, the arts, movement, and dialogue. People leave having said things they didn't know they needed to say, and heard things they didn't know they needed to hear.

We work with paradox, not against it. Creative tension is not a problem to be solved. It is the engine of genuine transformation.

3. We Make It Last.
Together we design the rituals and agreements that carry the work forward — turning a single experience into a lasting shift.

Inspired by Theory U and the Presencing Institute at MIT — the research of Otto Scharmer and the embodied practice of Arawana Hayashi — and four decades of facilitation across cultures, communities, and continents.

It is not a program you purchase. It is a process you enter.

REAL STORIES - ONLY…

A New York City nonprofit
Two teams — finance and arts — had stopped trusting each other. The tension was old, unspoken, and getting in the way of everything.

In a single session, without a single word of direct confrontation, participants discovered shared truths they hadn't known they held in common.

"We uncovered trust that was already there."

An international eco-village community
Meetings had become battlegrounds. Bylaws were being used as weapons. An 18-month stalemate had calcified into something that felt permanent.

Through play and a complete reimagining of how the group made agreements together, something shifted. The stalemate dissolved. The community rediscovered its own capacity to move forward.

"We remembered why we chose this."
