My Journey . My Background. My Motivation

"Ultimately, my mission is to make fulfillment a driving force by integrating who we are into what we do."

Karina Zilberman is an award-winning educator, singer, and community builder known for creating soulful spaces where playfulness, presence, and depth come together.

Originally from Argentina, Karina moved to the U.S. in 2000 and began a new chapter as cantorial soloist at Temple Israel of Greater Miami. There, she blended her artistic talents with pastoral care and helped revitalize the congregation through music and meaningful community experiences.

Later, at the 92nd Street Y in New York, she founded Shababa, a groundbreaking intergenerational spiritual community that became a model for joyful, mindful Jewish life. Through Shababa, Karina pioneered “The Art of Engaging,” an approach rooted in music, intention, and emotional connection—earning her the 2012 Covenant Award for excellence in Jewish education.

Today, she shares her teachings with community leaders, corporate executives, educators, and seekers worldwide through The Art of Engaging workshops. She also co-leads mindfulness retreats in Costa Rica and around the world with her husband, Rabbi Marcelo Bronstein—offering immersive experiences that weave together Jewish wisdom, psychology, creativity, and rest.
